The Library Resource Centre is an integral part of the school’s daily life. It is an accessible learning environment where students, staff and the wider community are welcome, valued and assisted with their information needs.
All classes are provided with opportunities for formal borrowing.
Book talks and readings are provided to develop a love of literature and a culture of reading in the school. Students are trained in Library skills and provided with opportunities to be voluntary library assistants. They work in the Library at lunchtimes to assist younger students with book borrowing, reading stories and organising games.
